Dozee Health AI – Software Engineer I
Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Full Stack Developer to become part of our team. The right candidate should be passionate about web development, eager to expand their skills, and comfortable contributing to both front-end and back-end projects. In this role, you will help develop, improve, and maintain web applications, primarily working with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to design scalable features, address technical challenges, and deliver a smooth user experience. Knowledge of Next.js will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Develop and maintain reliable, reusable, and efficient code for web applications.
- Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and release.
- Translate design specifications into effective development solutions.
- Diagnose and fix bugs as well as performance issues.
- Ensure code is well-structured, documented, and maintainable.
- Support in creating and updating technical documentation.
- Stay updated on new tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 0–1+ years of practical experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in React.js for building modern user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of version control systems (preferably Git).
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.
- Exposure to React Native for mobile app development.
- Knowledge of state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or similar.
