Eastman Off Campus Hiring – IT Intern
Position Overview
The intern will join the Digital Products team, gaining practical exposure to building and enhancing modern digital solutions. This position provides hands-on learning in product design, software development practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and support web applications using full-stack technologies and SQL Server databases.
- Work closely with IT analysts and stakeholders in the U.S. to understand, refine, and document business requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into well-structured technical solutions.
- Maintain effective communication across global teams to ensure smooth coordination and progress.
- Contribute actively as a team member, supporting shared goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Continuously develop technical expertise and problem-solving approaches to deliver quality results.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students currently in the final year (8th semester) of B.Tech/B.E. (any stream) or in the 2nd year (4th semester) of M.E./M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. (Computer Science final semester).
- Strong understanding of web technologies with hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and database management.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with global teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset to address complex challenges.
