Job Description
Enphase Energy Off Campus Hiring – Associate, Customer Support Engineer (New College Graduates)
Responsibilities
As a member of the Enphase support team, you will be part of a 24/7/365 operation. You will handle customer interactions via email, chat, and phone during your assigned shifts, which may include weekends and late-night hours (between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM).
Your core duties will include:
- Providing remote assistance for diagnosing and resolving issues with Enphase products.
- Evaluating, authorizing, and processing warranty-related claims.
- Offering product-related guidance to potential customers.
- Supporting the activation and configuration of new Enphase systems when required.
- Accurately recording all customer interactions and service activities in the CRM or helpdesk system.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to monitor field-related product issues, track bugs, and document improvement suggestions.
- Assisting colleagues with technical troubleshooting or administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Following internal support protocols and documentation standards.
- Continuously upgrading your knowledge through training on industry practices and Enphase-specific technology.
- Representing Enphase professionally across all communication channels.
- Adhering to organizational policies and employee guidelines.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), preferably in Electrical or a related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. A minimum academic score of 60% in 10th and 12th grades, and 70% or above in graduation is mandatory. These scores must be provided with the application.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication abilities in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications; familiarity with Mac OS is a plus.
- Foundational knowledge of electrical principles including AC/DC circuits is desirable.
- Prior exposure to solar or photovoltaic systems is an advantage.
