Synopsis of the Role

The position of a data analytics consultant is highly specialized and involves reviewing data to uncover insights while providing expertise in data management. The consultant will utilize the outcomes of their analysis to make predictions and assist in guiding business strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Equifax bureau in India to develop bureau-based analytics capabilities and implement solutions using modern technology. Demonstrate independence in execution, results interpretation, and documentation production, presenting a solid challenge to both internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of credit bureau, housing, and demographic data is advantageous. Manipulate extensive datasets and integrate diverse data sources into solutions. Contribute to building the BFSI Analytics practice by identifying new opportunities continually. Understand key business and risk KPIs for retail banking products, extracting insights from bureau datasets. Demonstrate self-motivation, discipline, task focus, the ability to structure and present work, and a track record of delivering high-quality results within strict deadlines.

Experience Requirements

0 to 1 year of experience in handling BFSI analytics, implementing models, big data, or cloud solution architecture. Good knowledge of SAS, SQL, Python, and R. Understanding of retail banking products. Analytical skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Adaptability to work on project-based engagements across various banking clients. Team player with a self-starter mentality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
