Job Description
ETHNUS Hiring – Intern 2024
Location: Bangalore
- Develop and implement MIS templates and formats to capture real-time project data, collaborating with project teams.
- Coordinate with multiple project teams to compile, clean, and analyze data while ensuring data quality.
- Maintain dashboards and weekly program records and updates.
- Assist program teams and project leads in data analysis for periodic project reviews.
- Conduct field visits to understand field realities and challenges faced by IPs on the ground, gathering insights for inclusion in the MIS.
- Collaborate with colleges, institutes, and NGO agencies to access necessary data.
- Support Project Managers in ensuring the smooth functioning of project MIS and meeting project MEL requirements.
- Undertake any other organizational tasks as required.
- Follow up with candidates upon course completion, including certification.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and statistical tools.
- Strong multitasking, time management, flexibility, and adaptability skills.
- Willingness and ability to work in the field, with communities, and in multi-stakeholder processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsive to feedback and respectful of diverse viewpoints.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu.
