Job Description
Program: Apprentice
Role
The Apprentice will undergo a comprehensive program that provides training and exposure to a diverse range of skills. Depending on project availability, apprentices will gain experience in one of the following career tracks. A general overview of the roles within each track is outlined below:
Data Visualization (Information Architecture): Deliver valuable insights, innovation, and impact to our Fortune 500 clients through predictive analytics and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret business requirements and develop solutions through conceptualization and design.
- Acquire and implement Business Intelligence (BI) solutions with minimal guidance post-training.
- Extract meaningful insights from data.
- Drive impact through automation and innovation.
- Take end-to-end ownership of delivery.
- Ensure rigorous documentation and enhance operational efficiency with guidance.
Data Engineering: Collaborate with a team delivering Data Engineering solutions on a large scale to our Fortune 500 clients globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply best engineering principles to construct data pipelines, leveraging both Cloud native and Cloud agnostic stacks (utilizing all cloud services and open-source stacks like Python and Pyspark).
- Build data pipelines for structured and unstructured data in real-time and batch-oriented systems.
- Develop composition-based data solutions using Services oriented and Microservices architecture.
- Construct real-time solutions utilizing Digital and IoT data.
- Establish Lakehouses and Warehouses.
- Develop next-generation warehouse solutions using Knowledge graphs.
Decision Sciences:
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs.
- Work with large, complex data sets to solve challenging, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as required.
- Develop data pipelines and dashboards to enable marketers to self-serve their data needs and automate tracking of marketing campaigns.
- Harmonize data as necessary and establish models according to defined business logic.
- Utilize statistical tools to identify and evaluate relationships between data fields, analyze the output, and determine the next course of action.
