Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by troubleshooting issues, replicating problems, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely resolutions.
  • Deliver support through email, phone, and chat, maintaining a high standard of communication and service.
  • Work alongside engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns.
  • Identify recurring challenges faced by customers and suggest proactive improvements to enhance the support journey.
  • Provide exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and a sense of ownership.

Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for recent graduates from the 2025 batch who are excited to begin their careers in a dynamic, customer-facing role at a rapidly growing product company.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong sense of empathy and the ability to understand customer perspectives.
  • A curious mindset with an eagerness to learn new tools and systems.
  • Ability to stay organized and work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business demands (mandatory).
  • Previous internship experience in a B2B or product-based environment or exposure to customer support is a plus (not required).
  • No current academic backlogs.

Additional Details:

  • Selected candidates will be invited to complete a screening assignment, with a week provided for submission.
  • Two in-person recruitment drives will be held at our Chennai office on Saturdays. If you pass the assignment stage, you’ll be expected to attend one of these events (with at least one week’s notice).
  • This is a full-time, in-office role based in Chennai, and you’ll be required to work onsite five days a week.
