Job Description:
- Accountable for ensuring complete quality control and regulatory compliance, adhering to documented procedures for all assigned responsibilities.
- Oversees the development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of process effectiveness and efficiency at the site.
- Formulates process improvement strategies utilizing various tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, SPC, engineering analysis, DOE, Gauge R&R, among others.
- Guarantees process efficiency and regulatory compliance by creating and implementing process verification and validation frameworks, including Master Validation Plans at the site level, Product or Process-specific Validation Master Plans, and comprehensive process flow diagrams that illustrate key interdependencies related to inputs, outputs, risks, and impacts.
- Drives continuous improvement in products and processes by conducting in-depth failure analyses of non-conformances and devising corrective solutions for product or process-related issues, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and remediation strategies.
- Develops risk management tools, such as PFMEA, DFMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, and Failure Mode Analysis, in line with documented procedures to support the organization, and collaborates on risk mitigation strategies for design and process.
- Ensures adherence to processes by developing clear, user-friendly documentation, including procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, templates, checklists, and worksheets related to products and processes.
- Assists with various tasks related to product and process design as directed by the department manager.
