Job Description
GroundTruth is a media company that specializes in transforming real-world behavior into effective marketing strategies that yield tangible business outcomes. By leveraging observed consumer behavior, such as location and purchase data, GroundTruth crafts targeted advertising campaigns across various platforms for advertisers. The company then evaluates consumer responses to these campaigns, tracking physical visits to locations or websites to assess the actual business impact of the brand’s advertising efforts. The internship period is scheduled from January 2024 to May 2024, requiring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective college.
During the internship, GroundTruth provides all necessary devices, such as laptops, and offers an industry-leading stipend ranging from 32K to 35K per month.
Day-to-day responsibilities of the internship include implementing features and services for their products, participating in ongoing project development, understanding and fulfilling requirements, engaging with mentors and peers, and actively contributing innovative ideas.
Candidates are expected to have proficiency in various technical areas, including Data Structures and Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) Concepts, Database Fundamentals, SQL, Operating System Fundamentals, Networking Fundamentals, and at least one programming language like Python, C++, or Java. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JS is also beneficial, along with a solid grasp of CS Fundamentals.
Additionally, candidates with experience in Git and Github, as well as a basic understanding of Cloud Computing, are preferred.
The qualifications required for the internship include a B-Tech / BE / MCA degree in Computer Science or related fields, welcoming both 2023 and 2024 passouts.
