Job Description

As a Trainee, your primary responsibility will be to follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to complete the assigned/received transactions via calls with Store Associates. This role is pivotal within the team and demands individuals who can excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and dynamic environment.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate should possess the capability to swiftly assess customer needs and offer resolutions in accordance with the established processes. Meeting numeric targets (with a minimum inbound call target) without compromising on service quality is imperative. Additionally, experience of at least 6 months to 1 year in a US call center will be advantageous. Demonstrated proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients is essential. Being tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, and CRMs, is required, with a willingness to adapt to new programs as necessary. Prior experience in handling Gift card processes is a plus.

As a Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls to address Card/Gift card queries based on information available in our internal software/tools.
• Analyzing problems and providing solutions following process guidelines.
• Adhering to SLA timelines and targets.

Office hours will involve night shifts, ranging from 8.30 PM to 9.30 AM IST, which may vary depending on process requirements in the future.
