Position Overview:

As a Trainee, your primary responsibility will be to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete transactions assigned or received via Store Associates during calls. This role is crucial to the team, requiring individuals who can excel in a dynamic, high-pressure, and fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should be adept at quickly understanding customer needs and providing resolutions in line with established processes. Meeting targets for inbound calls without compromising quality is essential. The role involves working towards First Call Resolution (FCR).

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in a US call center for at least 6 months to 1 year is preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver top-notch customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Proficiency in technology, including Word, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, with a willingness to learn new tools as required
  • Experience in handling gift card processes is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls to resolve Card/Gift card inquiries using internal software and tools
  • Analyze issues and provide solutions according to process guidelines
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and targets

Work Hours:

Night shifts, typically between 8:30 PM and 9:30 AM IST, though shifts may vary depending on process requirements.

  • Serve as a liaison between U.S. Buying offices, vendors, and the Leadership team.
