Role & Responsibilities

As part of my role, I am responsible for interacting with internal and external stakeholders to effectively coordinate, support, and execute various stages of a customer’s journey. My objective is to ensure the delivery of a flawless and timely customer experience that is accurate and meets their expectations. Specifically, my responsibilities include:

  • Applying all cash transactions to the appropriate accounts in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • Assisting in resolving any issues related to unapplied and/or misapplied cash.
  • Collaborating in the development of root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to minimize inaccuracies.
  • Supporting the business line in addressing operational, commercial, or contractual concerns as needed.
  • Developing a clear understanding of the risks associated with misapplied cash for both end customers and the organization.
  • Monitoring and managing the performance of the Customer Services team, ensuring adherence to defined Customer Experience metrics.
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage collaboration between different work groups and align their objectives.
  • Escalating potential improvement areas and resolution points to the Manager or Supervisor.
  • Conducting operational activities in compliance with the respective business area’s safety, controls, stewardship, business unit, business continuity plan, and cross-functional requirements.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in BA, BCOM, BBM, MBA, or MCOM.
  • No backlogs in academic records.
