Job Description
HP has an open position for a Quality Assurance Engineer!
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Analyzing software and system specifications critically.
- Creating and implementing efficient test plans and strategies.
- Identifying and resolving code bugs and errors.
- Documenting testing procedures, progress, and outcomes.
- Collaborating with diverse teams to ensure software quality.
- Establishing and upholding quality standards.
- Providing feedback and aiding in software design.
- Performing performance tests on Windows client software.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, and SQL querying.
- Familiarity with ETL processes for data processing.
- Knowledge of AWS services.
- Ability to write PowerShell scripts and use C++/C# unit test frameworks.
- Experience in constructing and maintaining test frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving approach.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools is advantageous.
