Job Description – Management Trainee (HOT09REJ)
Position: Management Trainee Job Number: HOT09REJ Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Gurgaon – New Delhi NCR, Sector 56 Golf Course Road, Gurgaon 122011
As a Management Trainee at Hilton, you will gain comprehensive insights into various aspects of hotel operations and acquire the necessary skills for future managerial roles. Throughout the 18-month program, divided into three distinct phases, you will collaborate with fellow Team Members to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Phase 1: During the initial six months, you will receive exposure to all hotel departments, encompassing both front-line operations and back-of-house functions.
Phase 2: The subsequent six months will involve specialized training in operational departments, including ‘Front Office,’ ‘Housekeeping,’ and ‘Food and Beverage.’
Phase 3: In the final phase, emphasis will shift towards Supervisory Functional Duties and Responsibilities, as well as Leadership and People Management. This stage will also incorporate cross-exposure opportunities, necessitating a six-month assignment at a different hotel.
Upon completion of the program, you will be placed as an entry-level manager (or equivalent) at a host hotel in your home country.
