Job Description

Technical Consultant – Associate (Freshers B.E./ B. Tech – 2022-2023)

Primary Responsibilities:

The selected candidates will be tasked with the maintenance and monitoring of customer environments at Hitachi Vantara.

Their duties will include providing day-to-day support, monitoring, and reporting on the health, availability, and performance of various IT infrastructure components for assigned customer accounts, adhering to established guidelines.

They will be responsible for alert checking, incident creation for alerts, logging and passing incidents assigned to ticketing queues for further troubleshooting and mitigation actions by support teams.

Additionally, they will monitor incident and service request ticket queues and escalate tickets to Level-2 and Level-3 support teams as necessary.

Candidates are expected to comply with the established policies, procedures, and practices defined by Hitachi Vantara.

Tech / B.E. college graduates from the FY 2022-2023 batch (excluding IT, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Chemical, and Biomedical disciplines) with a minimum of 60% marks are eligible.
