As a Business Process Management (BPM) Developer, your role involves managing asset services and application development in collaboration with a global team, focusing on harmonizing asset management application development. Your primary goal is to enhance corporate performance by overseeing and optimizing business processes. Identify and drive improvements in service quality and engineering deliverables. Technical Skills required:
FileNet, Datacap, OpenShift, and ILINX. Provide technical support to users of ECM systems and troubleshoot issues. Develop and deliver training materials related to ECM systems. Create and maintain documentation for ECM systems. Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure smooth operation of FileNet systems and stay updated on new ECM features and functionality.
