Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 0-2 years of pertinent experience in software development.
• Proficient in software programming with expertise in languages such as Java, C, C++, Go, and Scala.
• Competence in Shell scripting languages including Bash, Perl, Python, and Ruby.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Exposure to industry best practices in software design, development, and testing.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, such as Db2, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
• Understanding of Virtualization and Containerization technologies.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes frameworks.
• Familiarity with Cloud Services (IBM Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure).
• Knowledge of Linux/UNIX Operating Systems.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Familiarity with Compute, Storage, and Networking components from IBM Cloud, AWS, and Azure.
• Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift.
• Familiarity with LogDNA, Sysdig, and Prometheus for cluster analysis in a Kubernetes environment.
