inDrive – HR Intern
Responsibilities
Document Management and System Support:
Handle the scanning of HR-related documents in an efficient and timely manner. Organize and structure the scanned files to ensure smooth uploading and proper classification within the digital repository. Upload documents accurately into the organization’s HR system and archive, maintaining correct tagging and compliance standards. Assist in updating and managing employee data in the HRIS, ensuring that all records remain accurate, current, and compliant with company policies.
Employee Engagement and Special Projects:
Support and coordinate country-level HR initiatives, including volunteer programs and employee engagement activities. This may involve event coordination, communication with participants, and logistical support. Contribute to various HR projects and additional tasks as required, gaining exposure to multiple HR functions such as onboarding documentation, training coordination, and related activities.
Payroll and HR Administration:
Provide support in preparing payroll inputs by collecting, reviewing, and validating timesheets, leave applications, and other relevant information to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Assist with general HR administrative duties, including maintaining employee records, organizing files, and ensuring data accuracy within the HRIS. Prepare employee-related documents such as offer letters, promotion and confirmation letters, and other official correspondence.
Qualifications
A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. This role is offered on a four-month contract, with the possibility of extension up to one year depending on business requirements and performance. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with documentation and data are essential. Proficiency in both English and Hindi, in written and verbal communication, is required. The candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and motivated to learn in a multinational work environment.
