Job Description
The employee will be an integral part of transaction processing operations within F&A, specializing in domains such as AP, AR, or GL. They will receive training on various activities in accordance with the roles, responsibilities, and expectations set in place. The role involves performing a range of specialized duties within the assigned domain.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute transactions in adherence to SLA standards, ensuring both accuracy and timely completion (TAT).
• Maintain and update respective trackers promptly and accurately.
• Follow up on transactions in pending status with dependencies.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks at month-end, following the month-close calendar.
• Uphold a high standard of work quality and maintain a strong work ethic.
Note: All the above activities are expected to align with company procedures and performance standards.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
• Quick Learner & Self-Starter – Demonstrates initiative and proactiveness.
• Effective Time Management – Capable of performing well in a deadline-oriented environment.
