Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is required, and knowledge of any other regional language would be advantageous.
  • Possess a strong understanding and practical experience in Direct taxation processes and clauses.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities, quick thinking, and the capability to independently and efficiently resolve customer issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills for addressing and resolving client concerns through calls, chats, or emails.
  • Display proficiency in verbal and written communication, interpretation, and active listening.
  • Ability to rapidly acquire process knowledge.
  • Effective probing and analytical skills with the ability to multitask between voice and data entry.
  • Willingness to work from the office.
  • Show proactivity and utmost respect for the customer’s time.
  • Efficient time management, ensuring that all customer interactions are valuable.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Commerce

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com/BBM/BBA
  • Working Hours: Rotational Shifts from 8 am to 8 pm
  • Workdays: 6 days a week with one rotational off-day, excluding Sundays
  • Location: Mysore
  • Experience Level: 0 – 1 year
