Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have graduated in the years 2022 or 2023. Qualifications:
- BCA
- MCA
- B.Tech – Computer Science
Commitment: Candidates are required to commit to a minimum of 36 months of service. Candidates who are eligible will have the opportunity to pursue an MS degree from BITS Pilani after completing 18 months of service. Terms and conditions will be discussed at a later stage.
Compensation: For BCA: 3 LPA after successfully completing a 6-month paid internship. For MCA: 4.2 LPA after successfully completing a 6-month paid internship. For BTech: 4.2 LPA after successfully completing a 6-month paid internship.
Stipend during the 6-month internship:
- BCA: Rs 10,000 per month
- MCA: Rs 15,000 per month
- BTech: Rs 15,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, and maintain new programs or systems.
- Perform quality analysis of the developed system.
- Analyze requirements and collaborate with colleagues and the product team to envision a high-quality solution.
- Prepare and maintain applications using standard development tools.
- Meet both technical and consumer needs.
- Create unit tests to ensure the code functions as expected.
- Audit code to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in requirements analysis and document the process.
- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Improve system quality by identifying issues, common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures.
- Enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and perform peer code reviews.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement technical designs.
- Explore and adopt new technologies where applicable.
- Provide written knowledge transfer material.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills with the ability to visualize processes and outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Good knowledge of databases.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented concepts.
