Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive international network systems.
- Collaborate with device and product teams to create requirements supporting 4G, 3G, and 2G roaming capabilities.
- Assess technical requirements and designs to ensure global roaming, including authentication, authorization, billing, provisioning, performance management, etc., are seamlessly integrated.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals for new network deployments, upgrades, and investments, incorporating business unit input for internal decision-making and budgeting.
- Conduct performance and coverage evaluations of service providers.
- Perform network analysis and troubleshooting, focusing on performance and routing.
- Identify root causes of issues and provide improvement recommendations.
