What the Role Entails:
Process Delivery & Optimization
- Review and analyze current workflows using data-driven and scientific methods to uncover areas for enhancement.
- Prioritize strategies related to delivery and the management of vendor performance.
- Work alongside mentors to continuously refine and improve processes.
- Develop clear and actionable implementation plans based on in-depth evaluations.
Business Operations
- Gain a strong understanding of ongoing business review processes and identify areas where improvements can be made.
- Assist functional leaders in executing initiatives aimed at enhancing overall business efficiency.
- Forge and maintain strong working relationships with department heads to encourage cross-functional teamwork and collaboration.
Stakeholder & Customer Relations
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Pinpoint crucial customer interaction points and collaborate with program leads to analyze data for improvement opportunities.
- Support the review of helpdesk tickets and customer feedback to drive enhancements based on solid data analysis.
Program Oversight
- Design comprehensive program plans and provide governance during implementation.
- Set up structured reporting mechanisms and help communicate progress updates until completion.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs that align with program expectations and deadlines.
