Job Description
JLL Off Campus Hiring – Specialist, Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and recommend AI-driven approaches to digitize and optimize processes within the PDS function.
- Design and build lightweight applications or automation solutions using Python, SQL, and low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Apps, Mendix, or AppSheet.
- Work closely with PDS stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Support automation initiatives by collecting, cleansing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- Create clear documentation for developed solutions, prototypes, and workflows to enable knowledge transfer and future enhancements.
- Actively participate in team meetings, agile ceremonies, and project planning discussions.
- Continuously monitor advancements in AI, automation, and digital transformation, particularly those relevant to real estate and project management domains.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, and entry-level application development.
- Solid understanding of SQL for querying, reporting, and database operations.
- Exposure to or keen interest in low-code/no-code development platforms.
- Basic familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or equivalent frameworks.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, adapt to changing requirements, and suggest innovative solutions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
