Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Teamcenter Support Engineer to join our Digital Transformation Team.
Responsibilities
- Availability to work in 24*5 shifts.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
- Proficient understanding of the Windows Operating System.
- Ability to provide support in resolving incidents and fulfilling requests.
- Capability to handle customer escalations and offer both temporary and permanent solutions.
- Meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining quality standards.
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Creation of Knowledge Base documents and training materials.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Understanding and adherence to the company’s policies.
