Job Description
JPMorgan Chase & Co Off Campus Hiring – Business Management – Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to executive ad-hoc requests concerning project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
- Structure complex information strategically and compellingly, showcasing strong design expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Rapidly develop wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Effectively communicate with key business partners to grasp project details and propel next steps; oversee and deliver pivotal work streams and tasks.
- Identify significant business risks on the platform and spearhead the resolution of mitigating controls. Aid in audit, regulatory, and compliance tasks; contribute to specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework. Organize team activities and compile materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy sessions.
- Manage internal resources and documentation on collaboration platforms like SharePoint.
Collaborate on initiatives with team members and global managers, continually seeking ways to simplify, enhance, and add value to existing business processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Previous experience in Business Management or COO roles. Demonstrated track record of delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reports for diverse projects and stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on design excellence. Proven ability to engage with various stakeholder groups and drive agendas effectively.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management capabilities. Ability to articulate and justify design decisions thoughtfully.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables) at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and capable of working independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
