Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Kenko’s features, functionality, and capabilities to deliver top-notch website solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their specific website needs and ensure timely development and deployment that meet their expectations.
  • Manage assigned projects with accountability, adhering to deadlines while delivering outstanding results.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, such as user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles, to assist both customers and internal teams.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance workflows and processes based on customer insights, industry trends, and updates to the product, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed on the latest best practices, tools, and technologies in website development to identify potential areas for automation and optimization.

Requirements:

  • 0–6 months of experience in website design or development, including internships.
  • Familiarity with website development platforms (experience with Duda is a significant advantage).
  • Ability to quickly grasp and utilize new tools, products, and technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and responsive design standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to structured workflows.
