Job Description
Introduction
The Data Team plays a vital role in driving Ketto’s success. By harnessing the power of data, the team provides valuable insights that fuel innovation and support Ketto’s mission of ensuring healthcare-for-all in India. As a member of the data team, you’ll collaborate with talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, gaining exposure to various aspects of Ketto’s business operations and developing expertise in areas such as Product, Marketing, Business, and Technology. We are passionate advocates of data-driven decision-making and encourage our team members to push boundaries and deliver cutting-edge data products and solutions, be it business intelligence, data engineering, or machine learning.
Responsibilities:
Utilize SQL/Python and visualization tools like Metabase/Tableau to extract insights from large datasets Develop and maintain KPI tracking dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of product, marketing, and business strategies Design and conduct A/B experiments, analyze results, and provide recommendations for enhancing Ketto’s products and services Contribute data-driven insights and recommendations during key meetings and strategic discussions at Ketto
What we’re looking for:
We welcome applications from individuals with relevant skills and experience, regardless of their degree or qualifications; there are no specific CGPA or grade requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business questions Ability to derive meaningful insights by analyzing structured and unstructured data Agile approach to developing analytics solutions suitable for a fast-paced startup environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams Advanced knowledge of SQL; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker Nice to have: Familiarity with Python/R and a basic understanding of statistical testing and machine learning concepts, such as regressions, decision trees, and clustering
