Job description
Konecranes Off Campus Hiring 2024 – Graduate Engineer Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical specifications and design appropriate products or components to outline the project scope.
- Create engineering drawings using 2D and 3D tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading mechanical and structural equipment drawings.
- Perform engineering tasks based on established procedures, including equipment layouts, mechanical and structural calculations, and the development of sales solutions.
- Present designed solutions to stakeholders and address any questions.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

What You Should Bring:
- B. Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- 0-1 years of experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with cranes and material handling equipment (advantageous but not required)
- Competence in 2D CAD (AutoCAD) and 3D tools (NX)
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to develop new, efficient ways of working
