Title: Data Science Intern
Location: LCCI Bengaluru
Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria: Master’s or PhD in Information Science, Electronics, or a related Engineering/Analytics field.

We seek highly motivated individuals who can contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of analytics-related solutions at Lilly. In this role, you’ll explore, learn, analyze, design, research, and implement cutting-edge IT systems using modern technologies.
We value candidates who are eager learners with a passion for experimentation and innovation, unafraid of failure. You should have a curious mindset, driven by a desire for continuous learning and the readiness to explore any IT technology across the software spectrum, especially in the areas of data analytics, computer science, computer engineering, and mathematics. Experience with machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, computer vision, or related fields is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Research experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or data science.
- Prior work published or presented at conferences like ICASSP, ICML, NIPS, KDD, or CVPR.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and work with globally distributed colleagues.
- Ability to quickly develop new ideas, share them within the stakeholder community, build prototypes, and refine them into products.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
