Job Description

Job Title: Associate Analyst

Job Description:

In this role, you will provide essential support to our After Sales Customer Support (ASCS) Team by managing various tasks related to campaigns, projects, and orders, ensuring the highest level of quality service to our customers. Your responsibilities may encompass end-to-end project management, from defining project scope to post-analysis and post-order customer service. This position demands a natural “people person” with a unique blend of soft and technical skills, enabling you to master technology and nurture customer relationships. You should be driven to identify the root causes of issues, swiftly analyze potential solutions, and provide clear, well-informed recommendations. Effective communication, organizational prowess, and time management are essential, as you will handle multiple diverse and complex problems simultaneously. Additionally, your role will involve addressing store inquiries and collaborating on accounting matters.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Address inquiries from various internal teams and collaborate with the accounting department to resolve queries.
  2. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Desktop procedures for various projects.
  3. Be adaptable to work on multiple diverse projects that require strong communication skills.
  4. Transform operations into a data-driven enterprise, measuring, analyzing, and optimizing every customer engagement aspect.
  5. Complement the Success Operations role by building new tools and processes for scaling customer success management activities, including collaboration with third-party entities.
  6. Develop and maintain customer success strategies, best practices, and customer support content.
  7. Assist the service provider’s team in executing campaigns and projects, ensuring timely completion, quality outcomes, and value.
  8. Uphold and adhere to corporate quality standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions as detailed in the ASCS process documentation.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve potential issues with product vendors and service providers, making decisions in the company’s best interest or escalating issues as needed.
  10. Maintain corporate quality standards, policies, practices, and work instructions.
  11. Ensure punctual attendance, treat others respectfully, and refrain from any threatening behavior. Perform any other duties as assigned.
  12. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills as required by the job and provide innovative solutions to incoming requirements.

Years of Experience:

0-3 years of relevant experience

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business
