Job Description:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Willingness to work in an international voice process within a 24×7 operational environment. Rotational offs with a 5-day working week.
  • Proficiency in English communication is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to remain composed even in challenging situations.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals in a high-performance work environment.
  • Extensive expertise in customer service and adeptness in engaging with customers through voice campaigns.
  • Preferred experience of 1-3 years in a Customer Support Specialist role or a similar customer service position.
  • Prior experience in handling calls with end customers is mandatory.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred, with a maximum notice period of 30 days.
  • Applicants should be open to working from our office located in Bangalore.
