Job Description
We are seeking resources primarily based in Bangalore or Pune, or alternatively in another location.
Documentum Job Description:
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Clinical trial process.
• Familiarize yourself with the systems utilized in Clinical trials.
• Acquire knowledge of the trial master file DIA structures.
• Gain expertise in Clinical trial management systems.
• Familiarize yourself with the D2 LS 20.x System, including workflows and configurations.
• Provide support for all the Clinical Systems on the Customer’s platform.
• Assist with any technical configurations required in the D2 LS 20.x System.
• Provide technical configurations for ongoing data migration projects from legacy Documentum systems (DCM, etc.) to the D2 LS 20.x System.
• Offer support for technical configurations required for rolling out periodic/monthly D2 LS related enhancements for R&M, SSV, eTMF, or CTMS (custom build) modules.
• Configure the system for any patch upgrades to the D2 LS system.
• Implement configurations to support the release system for various sites.
• Support the finalization of solutions through proper testing of various builds using a prototype-based model/development.
• Lead workshops and facilitate discussions to reach agreements on scope, requirements, and solutions.
• Provide demonstrations to business stakeholders as required.
• Oversee IQ, OQ, PQ testing, validation, and other documentation related to the same.
• Gain an understanding of the Customer’s internal systems, workflows, and configurations.
• Conduct feasibility assessments.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Display the ability to work independently.
• Previous Java development experience would be advantageous.
• Experience with FME would be an advantage.
