By working closely with Sales and Application Engineering teams, we support users in maximizing the value of their MathWorks experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers regularly to ensure they are effectively using their MathWorks products.
  • Oversee a designated group of client accounts, guiding them from onboarding through transition to the renewal team.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal support teams, advocating for client needs.
  • Highlight the benefits of being part of the MathWorks ecosystem, including access to community resources.
  • Identify and suggest potential product expansions when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with account teams to contribute to overall sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activity records in the CRM system.
  • Commit to continuous learning by participating in skill-building and best practice sessions focused on customer engagement.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to understand client goals and consistently meet performance targets.
  • A degree in engineering is preferred.
  • Passion for helping clients succeed by showing them how to optimize their use of our tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with phone-based interactions and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM platforms effectively.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
