About the Role

In the position of Product Analyst, your responsibilities will involve conducting tests to ensure the alignment of our product features with current industry trends. Your daily tasks will include conducting market research to assess potential costs and issues, as well as suggesting improvements based on your findings.

A key aspect of your role will be developing metrics that provide insights into how we can enhance our product. You will collaborate with the Product Managers on the team to improve the customer experience using concrete data and statistical analysis.

What you will do

  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data throughout the product development cycle to gain user and market insights.
  • Conduct effective A/B experiments to measure the impact of changes and drive product improvement.
  • Identify crucial product metrics and develop tools and dashboards for continuous tracking.
  • Analyze usage patterns and develop action plans to drive metrics in a positive direction.
  • Employ data and analytics to facilitate swift and informed product decisions.
  • Conduct user research and surveys to gain a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.

What you will need

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL (individual contributor role).
  • Knowledge of fundamental statistical concepts and their application in product analytics.
  • Ability to approach problem-solving with a structured, data-driven methodology.
  • A desire to develop expertise in a product role and eventually take ownership of specific product verticals.
  • Bonus points for up to 1 year of experience in Product, Analytics, and/or Growth roles.
