Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that transactions are processed in accordance with Desktop procedures.
  2. Meet assigned targets within SLA and Internal standards.
  3. Maintain transaction quality in compliance with Process Excellence’s predefined parameters.
  4. Adhere to established attendance schedules.
  5. Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to read and interpret business documents and communicate in English with internal and external customers when required.
  6. Escalate issues when necessary.
  7. Exhibit data gathering abilities and attention to detail.
  8. Demonstrate teamwork, self-management, and adaptability.
  9. Thrive in a production-driven environment.
  10. Embrace change and adapt to new situations.
  11. Handle routine and standardized transactions efficiently.
  12. Remain self-disciplined and results-oriented.
  13. Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing when needed.
  14. Offer creative and innovative solutions to business problems.
  15. Provide innovative ideas for detailed, metric-based reports that present information clearly and concisely.
  16. Possess desired MS PowerPoint skills (optional).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education:

  • Graduates or Diploma holders with at least 15 years of education.

Experience:

  • Freshers.

General and Technical Knowledge and Skills:

  1. Proficient computer navigation skills.
  2. Good keyboarding speed (greater than 35 words per minute).
  3. Knowledge about the Insurance industry in the US.
  4. Familiarity with US culture.
  5. Understanding of auto and home insurance policies and procedures.
  6. Knowledge of state underwriting guidelines and procedures, including referral criteria.
  7. Strong communication skills, including reading, speaking, and interpreting business documents.
  8. Effective data gathering abilities and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work well in a team and manage oneself with adaptability.
  10. Capability to excel in a production-driven environment and embrace change.
  11. Proficiency in handling routine and standardized transactions.
  12. Self-discipline and result-oriented mindset.
  13. Ability to multitask efficiently.
