Primary Internal Interactions
- Communicate with Assistant Managers for reporting performance, handling escalations, seeking feedback and support, and facilitating associate development.
- Engage with Managers to resolve unresolved issues and for monthly performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with Quality Compliance Analyst (QCA) for feedback and audits.
- Coordinate with Trainers for pre-process and process training.
Primary External Interactions
- Collaborate with MetLife Subject Matter Experts for information retrieval.
- Engage with MetLife Subject Matter Experts to address work-related issues and escalated transactions.
Minimum Qualifications
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream) or equivalent diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education. (Candidates with technical backgrounds such as B.Tech, MBA, BCA need not apply)
Minimum Experience
- At least 18 months of experience in the BPO industry.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in computer navigation.
- Typing and data entry skills (minimum 20 words per minute with 90% accuracy).
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles (preferred).
Process-Specific Skills
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Strong comprehension of the English language.
- Understanding of Insurance principles specific to the US Insurance industry.
- Familiarity with US culture.
