Job Description
Position: Trainee Engineer
Department: Engineering Specials
Reporting To: Team Lead – Engineering
Overview
This role involves supporting the Product Development, CAD, and Specials Engineering teams with technical input. The candidate will work under close supervision and contribute to small and mid-sized projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize fundamental engineering knowledge to contribute to assigned tasks.
- Maintain detailed and well-documented notes, including assumptions and calculations.
- Develop accurate models and technical drawings to support engineering efforts under guidance.
- Actively participate in team and project-based work environments.
- Maintain regular communication with engineers and managers on project-related activities.
- Demonstrate a professional attitude and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Engage in ongoing learning and development to enhance both technical and organizational capabilities.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the team or supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a CGPA of 7.0 or higher.
- Familiarity with at least one 3D CAD software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to express thoughts clearly.
