Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on quality engineering efforts, including automation testing, API validation, UI automation, and performance evaluation.
- Partner with teams across locations to drive continuous improvement and implement innovative ideas.
- Build and maintain frameworks as well as automation test scripts to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Review automation code to uphold high-quality standards and recommend best practices.
- Manage ongoing projects with diverse scopes, taking ownership of quality assurance with minimal supervision.
- Work closely with product and development teams to clarify requirements, estimate efforts, and create strategies for successful project delivery.
- Actively participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups, adjusting to evolving project needs in a dynamic environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BS/B.Tech) from a reputable institution.
- Strong grasp of computer science concepts and data structures.
- Familiarity with open-source automation tools.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, testing life cycles, and project management techniques.
