Job Description
Job Role:
- Developing coding solutions using React and Python.
- Performing maintenance work, including bug fixes, production deployments, security vulnerability fixes, and troubleshooting production outages.
- Reviewing work estimates, code, and deliverables of team members, providing oversight and ensuring high-quality solution builds.
- Building highly scalable products, ensuring data security and website/app stability.
- Ensuring adherence to industry-standard software and frameworks.
- Coaching and mentoring less-experienced team members.
- Growing the internal IT development organization, managing and recruiting a high-performance technology team.
Requirements:
- Experience working with Postgres Database and familiarity with non-relational databases.
- Proficiency in developing REST APIs and integrating 3rd party APIs.
- Full stack development expertise, with mandatory knowledge of React and Python/Django.
- Strong skills in either Python/Django or ReactJS.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science from a Tier 1 College/University or equivalent.
- Experience with JIRA, GIT, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Adaptability to new technologies, scalability demands, and server load management.
- Experience in managing security, external authentication, third-party security, and API authentication.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
