Job Description

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor the health and performance of networks, servers, and applications across Molex manufacturing facilities using a variety of monitoring platforms.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for system alerts or performance issues, performing basic troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Forward complex technical problems to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams when necessary.
