Job Responsibilities and Goals
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of Workplace Experience (WX) Programs and NB Campus operations.
- Understand the value of WX programs for employee experience.
- Promote WX as a brand ambassador, fostering positive messaging and social connections.
- Gather specific feedback on WX programs from employees and managers.
- Analyze data to identify success factors and return on investment (ROI).
- Research and benchmark programs from other organizations for insights on best practices.
- Develop marketing strategies to educate employees about WX programs.
- Recommend WX programs suitable for NetApp India.
- Manage customer service and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
Daily Activities
- Receive mentorship from assigned business team members.
- Engage in job-shadowing and actively participate in employee experience program management.
- Connect with employees, manage data, and conduct benchmark studies with vendor partners.
Supporting Resources
- Access to dedicated HR and Talent Acquisition professionals for transition support and recruitment queries.

- Review feature requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documents to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Prioritize automation by automating test cases for new features.

- Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings, demos, retrospectives, sprint planning, and other Agile meetings.
- Contribute to the development of system documentation, installation guides, configuration guides, and support documentation for the tested applications.
