Role Responsibilities:
The program aims to cultivate enthusiastic technologists who collaborate with business teams to tackle complex challenges through innovative technology solutions. Upon joining, you will undergo comprehensive training that includes technical instruction as well as a broad overview of the financial services industry. In addition to this, you will benefit from senior manager presentations and workshops focused on professional skills, ensuring a holistic learning experience.
During the 6-month internship, participants engage in live projects that are sponsored by business-aligned technology teams, addressing real-world business challenges. These projects are designed to merge business knowledge with technical expertise, promote teamwork, and facilitate a smooth transition into future roles. Each project culminates in a presentation to senior leadership, providing valuable exposure to the full project lifecycle—from conception to delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A strong interest in technology paired with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- A track record of academic excellence, along with achievements in internships, projects, and extracurricular activities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others are key.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, C++, C#, or C, along with a solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming (OOP), and Unix.
