Role Description
Job Title: Trainee Technician – Premium Processing
Reporting To: PP Team Leader
Line Management Responsibility: None
Level: 1
Location: Pune (Hybrid working available up to 50%)

Role Overview
This role involves supporting the daily operations of the Premium Processing (PP) team by ensuring high-quality service delivery. The Trainee Technician will be responsible for completing assigned tasks accurately and on time while helping the team meet key performance targets (SLAs & KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently complete assigned premium processing tasks.
- Seek guidance from Senior Technicians when necessary.
- Actively participate in feedback sessions and professional development.
- Contribute to meeting service delivery targets (SLAs & KPIs).
- Adhere to company policies, compliance regulations, risk management protocols, and audit requirements.
- Successfully complete assigned training programs and assessments from the Compliance and Training Departments.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Basic understanding of insurance and its business impact
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services (preferably in the insurance sector)
