MPL is seeking an intern for FP&A who will work in close collaboration with the key leaders in the business and the finance organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in developing, analyzing, and reporting annual operating plans, financial budgets, periodic forecasts, capital allocation, and runway.
- Work closely with business unit leaders and finance to build out revenue, marketing, and opex forecasting models, consolidate them, and present them to the executive leadership team.
- Translate the annual operating plan into quarterly and monthly operating plans and drive performance in actuals against the plan.
- Assist the team in managing a monthly rolling forecast and provide timely insights into performance against budget/forecast.
- Collaborate with the Corp Dev team to prepare board reports for plan and actuals.
Requirements:
- Must have a Chartered Accountant or MBA degree from a reputed institution.
- Should possess a good understanding of business scenarios and be diligent.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Experience working with NetSuite and Google Workplace is a plus.
- Good presentation skills are essential.
