Job Description
Myntra is currently recruiting individuals for the Data Science role with the following responsibilities:
- Develop data science and machine learning models for various segments within Myntra, including the Storefront and Supply Chain.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the machine learning life cycle, encompassing model deployments and related processes.
- Demonstrate theoretical knowledge and practical proficiency in machine learning, specializing in areas like Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Optimization.
- Collaborate with Product and Business teams to translate issues into machine learning models.
- Engage with Platforms and Engineering departments to ensure seamless integration and deployment of predictive models into existing systems.
- Work closely with Data Platforms teams to comprehend and gather necessary data.
Requirements for this role include:
- Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and the efficient handling of extensive datasets.
- Preferably hold an MTech, MS by Research, or a PhD in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering, or possess a postgraduate degree in Statistics, Operations Research, or Mathematics.
- Publication authorship is considered a strong advantage.
- Skills in general Machine Learning and Deep Learning are also beneficial.
