Job Description
Job Role:
• In an entry-level capacity, acquires an understanding of processes and systems, utilizing this knowledge to effectively allocate work assignments for CE’s in order to fulfill SLAs.
• Manages call reception and distribution (managing a high call volume).
• Collects problem-related information and documents data using desktop tools.
• Monitors the status of incidents and escalates unresolved cases within specified timeframes.
• Organizes customer installation activities based on schedules.
• Ensures that customers are entitled to the services being provided.
• Delivers telephonic support for Retail products, systems, and diverse software products.
• Devises accurate and innovative solutions for moderately complex user problems, thereby maximizing product or system accessibility.
• Assumes responsibility for addressing customer service requests promptly and ensuring satisfactory issue resolution.
• Adheres to a 24*7 rotational shift schedule, including night shifts.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
• Demonstrates proficiency in:
- Procedures for problem routing, tracking, and escalation.
- Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting proficiencies.
- Employing data entry software applications and associated desktop tools.

Education:
Completion of High School/Diploma/Graduation or its Equivalent.
