Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in the Market Research domain to join our team as a Data Processing Analyst (DPA). The successful candidate will be responsible for collating, cleansing, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing large volumes of data. They must possess good communication skills and have a keen enthusiasm for learning and professional growth within the function. The ability to understand the end-to-end process and identify areas for process improvement is essential. Flexibility with respect to shift timings is required, and the candidate should exhibit fast thinking, crisp communication, and problem-solving skills. Timely delivery of data with high quality is a key responsibility, and the candidate should demonstrate the ability to learn upstream and downstream processes to enhance efficiency and ensure quality delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or IT.
- Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for working in teams and meeting deadlines.
- High degree of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for operational processes.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with a good understanding of common business language.
