Job Description

  • Configure RPA processes by adhering to workflow principles. Additionally, conduct thorough unit tests on code to ensure usability, dependability, and overall performance.
  • Display adaptability in acquiring proficiency in new technological stacks, such as Process Mining and Chatbots.
  • Hold accountability for the excellence of automation outcomes, addressing any outstanding defects before the transition to production.
  • Scrutinize solutions to ensure error-free code and establish a solid grasp of architecture diagrams.
  • Enhance and uphold existing work processes and flows, with a pronounced emphasis on continual improvement and evolution.
  • Contribute to the formation of process definition documents, technical solution documents, and user manuals.
  • Actively explore prospects for investigating emerging trends to incorporate novel techniques and technologies.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • 0 to 1 year of professional exposure within the product/services sector, showcasing robust technical acumen.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages like .Net, C#, JavaScript, VBScript, along with familiarity with REST Services and PL/SQL.
  • Capable of autonomous work, while also comfortable with supervised tasks.
  • Proven track record of cultivating solid interpersonal relationships, leveraging strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
