Job Description
This role is ideal for someone who is interested in guiding students with their career decisions, has empathy to address queries regarding NxtWave courses, and is looking for a business development role in a high-growth startup.
You should have experience in direct interactions with customers, which will be an added advantage.
Your responsibilities will include acting as a mentor and guide to potential learners, counseling and offering career advice, establishing the effectiveness of CCBP 4.0 Programs, and managing the entire sales closing life cycle for your assigned leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a detailed database of all interactions with leads and providing feedback on lead quality.
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, are highly dedicated and hardworking, and have a strong sense of empathy and patience.
You should have a systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and exceeding targets within deadlines. Proficiency in any of the languages Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati, or Odia is mandatory, and proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
This is a work-from-home position with flexibility to work from the office when required.
