Job Opportunity: Counsellor (Presales – Teleselling) at NxtWave (Work from Home)
Designation: Counsellor (Presales – Teleselling)
Qualification: Any Graduate Location: Across India (Work from Home)
Experience: 0-2 years CTC: Up to 5 LPA (3.6 LPA Fixed + performance-based incentives)
Language: Proficient in English (Verbal & Written) + any regional language
Skills: Excellent English communication, Customer Success orientation

Responsibilities:
- Act as a mentor and guide for potential learners
- Counsel prospects, offer career advice, and explain the benefits of CCBP 4.0 Programs
- Establish the effectiveness and uniqueness of the programs
- Manage the entire sales closing life cycle for assigned leads
- Maintain a detailed database of interactions and provide feedback on lead quality
- Meet weekly revenue and enrollment targets
