Job Opportunity: Counsellor (Presales – Teleselling) at NxtWave (Work from Home)

Designation: Counsellor (Presales – Teleselling)

Qualification: Any Graduate Location: Across India (Work from Home)

Experience: 0-2 years CTC: Up to 5 LPA (3.6 LPA Fixed + performance-based incentives)

Language: Proficient in English (Verbal & Written) + any regional language

Skills: Excellent English communication, Customer Success orientation

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a mentor and guide for potential learners
  2. Counsel prospects, offer career advice, and explain the benefits of CCBP 4.0 Programs
  3. Establish the effectiveness and uniqueness of the programs
  4. Manage the entire sales closing life cycle for assigned leads
  5. Maintain a detailed database of interactions and provide feedback on lead quality
  6. Meet weekly revenue and enrollment targets
